At Tote Verse, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 15-day return policy.

You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging with tags
- Proof of purchase (receipt/order confirmation) is required

To initiate a return, please contact us:
Once your request is approved:
- We will provide instructions on how to return your item
- Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect
π Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve the issue quickly.
β Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products (if applicable)
π Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
π To get a different item:
- Return the original product
- Place a new order after approval

- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5β10 business days
